Kevin Gibson is the Managing Director Asia Pacific for international specialist energy recruitment firm EarthStream. He has 20 years experience and is one of the Founders of the firm.

EarthStream was founded in 2010 as a specialist industry sector-focused recruiting business by a team of experienced recruiting and staffing entrepreneurs. The business immediately built a global supply capability, internet research & data mining centre, a global office network, and a platform to deliver high demand talent to the world´s leading energy & resources companies. The business embarked on the next phase of growth in 2013 with a private equity investment from Key Capital Partners. EarthStream now employs 130 internal recruiting & operations staff across 10 offices around the world. In the last three years the company  has placed more than 2,500 candidates in either full time employment or contract assignments, in 55 different countries.
