Horizontal Land Rig Count Summary 1st April 2016

Horizontal rigs fell by 13 to 346 and total land rigs fell 12 to 420.

Tight oil rigs fell by 10. Permian and Granite Wash each lost 4. The Bakken lost 2 and the Mississippi Lime lost 1 while the Eagle Ford gained 1 rig.

Shale gas rigs fell by 1 in the Marcellus.
